Key points for Automation SME –
- Office365 and exchange 2013 administration. Manage and lead mailbox migration from exchange on premise to Office365 for users globally. Identifying and resolving all migration related issues.
- Has to Implement various customized hub transport rules, outlook web app policies, role assignment policies and retention policies in Office365 and exchange 2013 based on the management and client requirement.
- Troubleshoot all Office365, exchange 2013 and outlook related issues.
- Has to Implement and automated mailbox migration for manager and above users using PowerShell. Automated disabling Active Sync for disabled accounts across the enterprise.
- Office365 license management.
- Active Directory support and administration. Group Policy implementation and troubleshooting GPO related issues.
- DHCP and DNS administration and troubleshooting related issues
