Role - Cisco Networking Sr Lead
Mandatory -Cisco Switching; Cisco firewall;
JD-003 – 2 Positions
Exp – 5 to 9 Years
Cisco Networking Senior Technical Lead
• Expert in various Cisco network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, VoIP/CallManager).
Proficient in Solution designing.
• Network Architecture performance tuning.
• Installation, configuration and very strong troubleshooting experience in Cisco devices
• Experience in Voice, WAN, Wireless & Site Networks maintenance Datacenter support
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending and capacity planning
• Provide Level-L4/L3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues with in SLA.
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the Watts Water security team
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Certifications : Either CCNP or CCIE is required
Experience in the following will be of additional advantage
Windows/Linux Server Administration / VMWare ESX / Citrix Xenapp
Competent in virtualized environments (VMware and Hyper-V)
Experienced in Citrix
Experienced in 0365
LINUX experience (Cent OS) advantageous
Location: Chennai, Shift timings – 2pm-11pm IST
