  • Good knowledge of Recruitment cycle in IT.
  • Maintaining candidate database.
  • Good understanding of modes and methods of talent acquisition.

Desirable Skills:

  • Intermediate Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Should be a self-starter and work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize desk.
  • Flexibility towards work
  • Should be good in English communication and judge communication skills of candidates.
