Senior Cisco Networking Engineer
Strong experience in various Cisco network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, VoIP/CallManager).
Installation , configuration and very strong troubleshooting experience in Cisco devices
Experience in Voice, WAN, Wireless & Site Networks maintenance Datacenter support
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Monitor system resource utilization, trending and capacity planning
Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues with in SLA.
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the Watts Water security team
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Certifications : CCNA & CCNP is preferred

Experience in the following will be of additional advantage
Windows/Linux Server Administration / VMWare ESX / Citrix Xenapp

Competent in virtualized environments (VMware and Hyper-V)
Experienced in Citrix
Experienced in 0365
Can contribute to Infrastructure architecture analysis
LINUX experience (Cent OS) advantageous
