Windows Level 4/Architect – Vmware/Citrix
• Perform Windows L4/L3 administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area desktop system management responsibilities involving account monitoring, security, Operating System (OS) issues and other local area system administration related functional issues.
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Windows systems
• Manage Windows system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems
• Provide support to Windows systems including day-to-day operational issues, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage & mobile devices
• Provide Tier 1 to Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problem
• Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and end users
• Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process
• Configure and manage Windows operating systems and Exchange
• Isolate and resolve of hardware and software problems involving the applications, the operating system, the hardware, the communications infrastructure, or any combination thereof
• Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure windows components along with implementing Windows systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
• Integrate new technologies into new and existing systems including the transition and migration of corporate systems.
• Should solve priority issues with-in SLA
• Provide RCA for high impacted (P1) issues
• Competent in virtualized environments (VMware and Hyper-V)
• Proficient in Citrix (Xen Desktop)
• Proficient in 0365
• Proficient in DFS
• Experienced in Cloud (AWS/Nutanix)
• Should be capable of Infrastructure architecture analysis and solution designing.
• LINUX experience (Cent OS) advantageous
Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) required
