Cisco Networking Support Engineer
Strong support experience in various Cisco network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, VoIP/CallManager).
Strong troubleshooting experience in Cisco devices Experience in Voice, WAN, Wireless & Site Networks maintenance Datacenter support perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security Configurations Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability Monitor system resource utilization, trending and capacity planning
Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues with in SLA.
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the Client security team Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Any certifications related to Cisco networking and experience in Solarwinds tool for monitoring will be of additional advantage
Location: Chennai, Shift timings – rotational shift in 24*7
