Responsibilities:
Exchange and Active Directory 2003 (Key) and 2012/2016. ï‚· Exchange 2010. ï‚· Office 365. ï‚· DNS and DHCP. ï‚· Proven ability to handle bringing org up to current versions through multi step initiatives. ï‚· SCOM/SCCM pushing apps and patches, not management. ï‚· Cisco, Citrix, VMware. ï‚· Experience with migrations and upgrades legacy systems. ï‚· Microsoft. ï‚· Project and day to day operations experience. ï‚· Documentation, road maps, scope and implementation documents.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Microsoft Exchange Engineer and support experience. ï‚· High level troubleshooting capabilities with technologies listed above. ï‚· Experience supporting large scale projects, migrations, implementations etc. ï‚· Excellent customer service and communication skills. ï‚· Bachelor’s degree in information technologies preferred. ï‚· Relevant certification such as MCP are preferred.
