Data Center L3 Engineer
Job Description:
Role: L3 Engineer, Datacenter Ops.
•Experienced in providing design, level 3 operational support and troubleshooting, and also drive cases to resolution on the following platforms.
•Microsoft Technologies – Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy, Certificate Authority and corporate domain infrastructure
•Working knowledge and experience in VMware platform
•Working knowledge and experienced in managing multi-tiered storage solutions such as EMC and NetApp.
•Working knowledge and experience in capacity planning, disaster recovery execution and high availability of storage platform.
•Working knowledge and experience in Cisco UCS Server Infrastructure platform
•Well versed with best practices and supported technologies across above mentioned platforms, and ability to maintain, patch and upgrade related operating systems and firmware related to the platforms.
