Job Role: system Admin (L1/L2 Role)
- Should have knowledge on Linux,DB configuration and administration
- Should have hands on in Windows, VMware and Citrix support and configurations
- Should have knowledge in Infrastructure monitoring tools (ex. Solarwinds, SitesScope etc.)
- Should have knowledge on FTP/SFTP configurations and troubleshooting
- Verbal and Written communication skill
- Should have ITIL process knowledge.
Essentials: Communications/Technical hands on
Primary Skill-set:,VMWare, windows
Secondary Skill-Set: Citrix
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in windows,VMWare /Citrix hands on in L1 and L2 support
Job-Location: Bangalore
Shifts: 24x7 rotational
